She felt tired with strong left abdominal pain after a slightly cough that happened 3 days before. After a detailed diagnosis, she was believed to be a case of ecchymoma caused by liver cirrhosis. And a conservative therapy strategies that introducing blood plasma into body and enhancing hemostasia to protect hepatocytes had been considered. Although ecchymoma with cirrhosis was rare, an appropriate treatment plan should be discussed on a case-by-case basis to improve the prognosis.
