Urine analysis is used as a diagnostic method is lauded by many a nephrologists through the ages as equivalent to a liquid biopsy. The urine sample is easy to procure and is a physiological process and pain less. It has a wide and varied use as a diagnostic tool as in follow up, confirmation of diagnosis and screening measures.
