Study of Di-electric Constant Dependency of Eu₂O₃ Doped SrTiO₃ Nano-Ceramic on Temperature and Frequency

This work aims the temperature and frequency dependence dielectric properties of Eu₂O₃ doped SrTiO₃ (STO) nanoceramic synthesized by solid state reaction method. The crystalline structure, microstructures of SrTiO₃ polycrystals doped with Eu³⁺ at different compositional ratios were studied by XRD and SEM analyses. The X-ray spectra show that the synthesized powder has cubic structure. From the dielectric behavior it was possible to identify that Eu doping produces changes with respect to pure STO. Dielectric constant was found to decrease with increase in frequency and increase with doping content and sintering temperature.
